Approach
From September to October, we designed, built and launched a multi-channel digital campaign to maximise reach and conversions. A dedicated landing page featured sale details and clear CTAs, while branded creatives, including a bespoke “Awesome Autumn Sale” logo, were deployed across multiple platforms.
Meta ads targeted Lincolnshire homebuyers using carousels, static images, stories and videos, while Google Display Ads expanded visibility. We also crafted a Rightmove email campaign to showcase featured plots and drive further engagement.

Results
The campaign delivered exceptional performance, surpassing previous benchmarks. More than 70 direct conversions took place, including 60 phone calls and 16 form submissions, demonstrating strong buyer interest.
With engagement levels soaring and a significantly improved CTR, the campaign successfully positioned Chestnut Homes’ developments in front of motivated buyers, driving both awareness and action.
