We created Lovell Homes' first-ever recipe book for the Lockside development. The project resulted in 8 million recipe submissions, a 40% website traffic boost, and 80% social media engagement growth.

Background
Our content team was tasked with celebrating and bringing to life the strong sense of community to Lockside – the latest development in the West Midlands from national housebuilders Lovell Homes. To promote its launch, and to welcome residents to the new development, the team created the first ever Lovell recipe book, bringing together the best home-cooked meals from the diverse groups that make Walsall such a great place to live.
Approach
We engaged with local community groups, existing residents and Lovell staff and partners, who submitted recipes and photos that reminded them of home. The content team got to work, collaborating with Lovell’s design team to create the beautifully designed book.
Results
As a strong piece of content, the book was used as the basis of a press release and a series of social media posts to support traffic to the development website, and was printed as a gift to new residents.
