Background

Leading East Midlands law firm Nelsons provides legal services for businesses and individuals. 

To support its vision of “looking after the client and not just the transaction”, Nelsons wanted to implement a creative internal communications campaign that would give its employees the knowledge, support and confidence to ask proactive questions to ensure all client needs were met. 

Approach

We developed a multi-channel internal communications strategy to help employees feel informed, confident and supported. 

The campaign included branded assets, 13 short videos and a suite of fictional case studies to showcase the breadth of services available. Interactive training sessions and a dedicated video equipped staff with practical tips, while a virtual pub quiz added a fun, team-focused launch. All resources were housed on a custom intranet hub for ongoing access and engagement.

Results

Our catalogue of content allowed employees at Nelsons to feel confident and supported and gave them the tools they needed to provide wholehearted support to their clients. As a result, a two-fold increase in clients being referred to other specialists at Nelsons in comparison to the previous year.
