Background

UKREiiF is the UK’s biggest property and construction event, with more than 7,000 delegates from both the public and private sector attending from across the country. The conference and exhibition are well attended by our clients from the built environment sector, with 18 of them having a presence at the event.

Approach

Working with the support of the event organiser Built Environment Networking, we devised a schedule of video interviews to be undertaken throughout the three days of the event. These videos needed to be filmed, edited and turned around for social media on the same day, giving our clients and the event team relevant, current content to be quickly shared with a wide audience.

Results

We undertook 14 interviews with clients including Pick Everard, The Island Quarter, Pagabo and CPW, delivering them within a three-hour turnaround time. The videos were then shared on social media – in the case of one client, these posts received four times the interaction from followers than their average. 

In addition, the videos were made available to the Built Environment Networking team to help with the early promotion of the 2024 version of the event.
